Does the Burley encore x go on sale for black friday by chance? I wonder if REI might have some deals and if it's worth waiting. I missed out on the $480 from Amazon.

If your youngest is 6, a Burley TrailerCycle might make more sense.

We've had a Bee for a few years now. Absolutely great quality, although I wish we had gotten the Encore in all honesty. It's not that the Bee is bad in any way, but we rode enough that I would have...

Just received the Encore X today. There was no bolt to take off anywhere. It’s all tool-less. There’s a black plastic cap on the wheel axle so that it doesn’t puncture anything in shipping but that...

Not sure why everybody has trouble snapping the Burley in place, my wife and I does it with ease. The only inconvenience is putting it in the trunk, you need to take it apart but it takes like less...

I was in a bitter debate on this for months! And was going to pull the trigger on the D'Lite but it went out of stock for the longest time and just went with the Encore X. I am pretty sure,...

If memory serves, the two main things that you get with the D'Lite are the flares and suspension. If you know you will be roughing it, I'd go for the D'Lite for sure but if you will be sticking to...

Anyone have thoughts on the Encore X vs D’Lite (non X)? Seem fairly similar with minor upgrades - wondering if the extra $160 is worth it.

You can. It's just the 3rd wheel it comes with sticks out quite a bit, maybe around 3 feet or so, makes it sorta cumbersome as a stroller whereas the 2 wheel stroller kit attaches right at the base

I'm kinda confused what the point of the 2 wheel stroller kit is. Why not just use the 3rd wheel it comes with?

Honey bee should be fine if you stay on bike paths and gravel. The suspension is nice if you go off-road or dirt tracks. The honey bee also isn't compatible with the stroller kit

Anyone know if the Encore X is worth it over the Honey Bee? Looking to use for jogging/walking and biking. Wondering about say a 1 year old in the honey bee with no suspension

I have the Burley bee and it's awesome. One thing to note is that the adapter that comes with it doesn't work with bikes with thru axles. That'll run you another $60 bucks or so.

No, its big and bulky, in fact I'm not even sure its Disneyland/world approved. Also, snapping it in place for use requires an incredible amount of strength, not sometime my wife could do.
