One of my free lines also got charged $35. Their reason was I switched phones and the one I was using had a payoff (was on bill credits). I've called so many times and they have been applying credits...

https://www.sprint.com/en/landings/free-line-on-us.html "Credits will stop if you cancel any lines or change plans." @leobaby and @lou2004, did either of you do either of the above?

Did you also migrate to T-Mobile as lou2004 did? I inquired about it awhile ago and noticed I'd be getting charged a lot more. I'll be coming up on three years on a friends and family plan this...

I got charged since migrated to T-Mobile. They had been manually applied $35 credit to my acct monthly until its resolved. Where did T-Mobile states it was 30 month promotion?

I'm on 5 lines unlimited basic for $100 which will be increased to $160 next year. Any new replacement plan ?

The free line at that time was apparently a copy of whatever plan you are on. So if you have the Unlimited Basic, you get an Unlimited Basic line. Those lines are financing eligible. Prior plans...

Where does it say it’s eligible for financing offers?

It still shows up as $0/month but my bill hasn't been generated yet - i think 4 days left. I think it'll stick though, which is nice because i guess i don't have to keep the "2 paid lines" part of...

Pretty sure it said $50 bss account level credit or something like that, definitely not loyalty win back . I can’t see it anymore because it just says my bill is $0, adjustments is $0 and balance is...

Thanks a lot for the details. I checked my account portal and can see the credit like "Oct 20 - Winback Loyalty Reward -$50.00" in bill section. Do you see it or it's just a regular credit?

Yeah, so when I ported back in after getting the text, the rep didn’t tell me about the $50 credit. When I told the rep about it she said SWAC doesn’t qualify. So I asked why I even got the text and...

Thanks a lot. My account is also SWAC and the rep gave me winback credit. She didn't challenge it. You mentioned you ported back a line to get $50 credit and even got a text message. And then you...

Mine is still there, but I think it depends on how they apply the credit. For me they just put it as an account credit so they can’t really take it off. They gave me account credit cuz apparently...

Just to clarify the $50 port back credit, the rep told me that I have to keep the line active for at least 30 days to keep the credit. Otherwise the $50 initial credit will fall off. Is your $50...
