This is an OK deal. This HP is basically the same drive as the ADATA SX8200 Pro which has been $134.99 - $10 coupon at Amazon for the past month or so. I picked up the 2TB ADATA and it's great so far.

I have the EX920 and that blade does not have 4k LBA sectoring (Advanced Format). It only has 512e. Can someone confirm if this EX950 has 4k sectoring?

If you have spare pcie slots you can... with an adapter. I chose this one because the heat sink has screws instead of rubber bands to hold it onto the drive. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZTCRMTM/

I thought the smaller 1tb would perform better.

Bought this same drive 3 months ago for 130ish. Very satisfied, way faster than my Intel 660p.
