My type 3 code was denied because of "invalid purchase Date" even though I purchased the phone on 9/2 and submitted the form with my imei number on 9/11... On the phone now with a Swac rep.....

They don't send email, only text or you can get the card from status page. My $200 Type 3 code submission is approved. Hopefully, will receive card this evening! Submission date was 9/28.

Why, seems like they are asking for Type 3 codes. As long as they purchased the 5G phone by 09/30 codes can still be submitted.
