I’m 175 lbs. I use 10 to 20 mg when I need to use it. Never had any problems. It depends on your body weight and tolerance . Everyone is different . So for me 5 mg would require two.

I found 500mcg time release to be of the most use in keeping me sleep. I combined it with a timed released 5-HTP. It helped. No nightmares.
