Go into the Smartthings IDE, find the lock device, then change the type from Thing to Zigbee Lock. Works perfectly after that.

Installed and works fine with SmartThings and Alexa, confusing procedure on lock/unlock status but hey after 10 minutes figured out. BTW, this is NOT Z-wave is Zigbee.

It’s wrong. Cloud cam locks are 100% zigbee. I’ve installed a ton.
