most likely ATT prepaid SIM will NOT work. You will probably have to use RSIM. You need to signup with $60 plan to get the quoted price for the phone

Refer yourself using your existing account - you need non att number I believe you will pay 299 plus the minimum plan ( i think $30 may work not sure, if it does not then $60 plan is chosen)....
