Also, in ceiling speakers are not "preferable". Anything with a dedicated and tuned enclosure is better.

You need minimum of (4) atmos...and in ceiling speakers highly preferable. Modules and enabled are gimmicky at best.

I doubt you would hear a difference so it comes down to features and price. If the least expensive has all the features you need I would suggest trying that one.
