The headphone box is pretty sparse. It comes with the cans and a cord. There is also a warranty card. . The cord has an attachment to go balanced or single ended.

The comfort and clamp force is fine siting up. They do not pinch or feel heavy. I have a pretty big head. Lying down the headphones sag a bit, not terribly and nothing I would consider unacceptable....
