This is 3 generations old now. There are a bunch of sellers in China trying to unload these along with the 2700 and 3500 at high prices. The Ryzen name is worth a lot now I guess.

yeah I got the 1700x and a random x370 motherboard for $160 two years ago too, no way this is a good deal (although that one was a once in a blue moon good deal)
