You may want to check the order status to make sure there isn't an issue with the GC order. I got the GC in email the same afternoon and got the ATV the next day ~noon.

Actually, you wouldn't multiply $69.12 times 80%, but the total $200 times 80%, as you get $40 worth of gift cards. So you'd subtract $40 from the $69.12.
