Yep. I've now read several reviews, both professional and consumer, of this particular part number. Some say QLC. Some say TLC. Some say DDR4 cache. Some say no RAM cache. Some say 600 TBW warranty....

This is Crucial p5, not p2 or p1. NAND type is TLC, NOT QLC. And it has a DRAM. Not quite a Samsung Evo 970 but it is up there at this price range. Pretty good price.
