I purchased this headset somewhere back in 2017/2018 and I too have the audio balancing issue. As I increase the volume up and down, the balance on each ear become louder/softer. It's super annoying...

Picked up a 7p last month. Pretty disappointing. The comfort is great, the sound quality not so much. Tried the equalizer for some ok ones. But overall sound is muddy and just not that great.

Just got one of these a couple weeks ago when they were $109. Pretty nice headset. I like it better than the Logitech G533 it replaced.

I’ve heard only bad things about their customer support. Hopefully it has improved. I’ve been using the Arctis 5 Wired for almost a year now and it’s been great, knock on wood.
