Do you have any sleep settings enabled on your phone? With power saving settings these days it's tough to tell when an app just doesn't have the right permissions.

I read many reviews saying that too before I purchased Thermopro last summer. Seems like they’ve gone downhill fast with product quality and customer service. Filter by one star and most recent.

I have this is good. Be forwarned that it doesn't work with netgear orbi cause you can't separate the 2.4 and 5.0 bands.
