Too big to be used as a Toe Knife. You need something smaller to just really get in there. Something like a wood handled paring knife. To just really in all those crevices.

Worst brisket knife I can think of, I'd only use this if you want dry brisket, it's serrated and that basically shreds the meat. Bread sure, brisket na.
