If I remember- it took them about a week or so for mine to ship. It was an uncomfortably long wait for seemingly no reason. Then out of nowhere, a ton of our orders shipped in a wave.

I called customer support and asked the status. I normally wouldn't call, but they couldn't give much more information and put a request out to the warehouse to request the order be expedited.
