I would return it, something is wrong hardware wise, and it won’t heal. Probably no more found in stores but you should call a warehouse to check, they can check other warehouses too.

I believe from the spec sheet it’s filled with 2 4gb modules, so you need to take those out sell them on eBay and buy 2 8gb @3200. I can see liking the pen. But have to see it in person...right now...
