Yup, I have built bars, but I also went from 1-2 protein bars per day to 1-2 a week and have Jerky or Epic more often.

That would suck, quest bars use SCF as well. Have you tried Built Bar protein bars, they are good but need to be bought on sale, regular price is a bit high. I buy the Built Bites as well.

Formula change as well though. They have Soluble Corn Fiber as the leading fiber now with IMO further down the list. I can't eat the new bars because I have (as do many others) have digestion...
