I do it all the time without any issues. You're only screwed if you let the weight slip out of your hands but kind of hard to do. It's pretty impossible for it to come apart.

Read that it’s "not" possible to do heavy pullovers or tricep press/extension because there’s no space to grip with the powerblocks, is that true because design wise, that does look to be the case...

Bought my set october of last year. $299 plus $26 shipping, no tax. They are absolutely worth the price even at $329 + inflated shipping costs. You could probably get it for a bit cheaper if you can...
