I have mine in the Ridgid saw stand and it handles it well. It works well as others mentioned this saw is BIG. The stand works well to fold up, store in the garage and take it out as needed.

Arrrggg. Looks like Home Depot OOS'd the miter saw stand. Last I checked this morning it said something like 20-30 available to ship to stores... so looks like they may have removed the deal...
