Expandability to up to 90 lbs vs the fixed limit of 52.5 lbs. Powerblocks did feel a bit more durable too, but I never actually had any problems with the Bowflex, so take it with a grain of salt.

With the previous version that I have, the weight of the handles is 4 lbs. So, the lightest weight is picking up handles only.

Definitely true on the ease of adjustability. If you plan to do workouts where you need both dumbbells and you need to change weight quickly, it would be a pain to have to drop the adder weights...

Our local Costco had these along with stand (that held both dumbells) for same $349 price about 2 months ago. These replaced a set of PowerBlock 50, and couldn't be happier.
