Just an FYI I'm using it on Verizon prepaid, literally just took my old SIM out of my Motorola g power put it in this TCL 10l and it worked right away without any calls to Verizon, all my messages...

Maybe try to get the G7 plus dual sim international version instead. That version doesn't have all the US GSM bands(has 2,4,5 but missing 12, 17, 29,30, 66 and 71)but has some European bands instead.
