I have this very same question. I see cutouts for the bar clamps but no idea where these "mini" sliding clamps are stored in the table. No indication in the manual or any Keter videos either.

These are very sturdy and they work well. I have two that I use frequently. At this price I would definitely get at least two. I paid $65 for mine about 10 years ago.

I stand corrected. It looks like the Sam's one does have a slightly different clamping mechanism (smaller and doesn't give the option for vertical clamping like the Hart and other Keter models)....
