I have a 120 in a rear mount - been 2yrs - I made sure no air was trapped in the pump prior to install by running it essentially to a top mount using fan headers (no cpu involved). no noise issues...

I was looking into getting this for a 5800x. And then almost every single recent review over the last year said they had a horrible rattling noise within a couple of months. Half of them RMA'd....

I've never had problems with these AIO, but I HAVE had problems with their rebates never coming in.

most noobs don't know how to get air bubbles out of the pump assembly - that would be the pump noise from cavitation. hose orientation is important too especially on the front mount.

So if I top mount this, rather than side mount it should be fine? I checked the reviews for the version 2 of this and only came across one review recently with the rattling. It seems they reworked...
