got mine today. good shoes but not as comfortable as say a Hoka Bondi 6. The shoes require some break-in walks/runs unlike my other running shoes like Brooks ghost where I can run with them right out...

Plus one - I ran a pair for 400+ miles, up to 40+ miles a week (with long runs of 15+) and they were still in great shape when I retired them. I run with a Currex medium profile insole, so YMMV for...

Great point. These are probably good walking/regular shoes but for running the structural support IMHO is severely lacking for energy return and impact distribution (the 2 are almost the same...

I'm a cheapskate and switched to Asics (GEL-) for my daily drivers (5 miles/day,) ASIC quality has been consistent IMHO but I've also had good luck with Nike's (Flex) and my wife uses Air Zooms as a...

I would stay away...New Balance arch support is crap - as a company they are losing market share and for a good reason. They just don't make good shoes anymore. Survey not completely up to date but...

New Balance is dead to me after running them the last 25 years. They have not kept pace with design or manufacturing using low quality foam and lacking support. Not worth the foot pain.

Not mentioned is that the Clifton 7 and this NB are designed for different runners. If you read runners magazines the 7s are mid to front balanced and these are for heel runners (often heavier). I...

Max cushioning shoes are not exclusive to Hoka nor is this shoe even remotely designed like a Hoka. The 1080 doesn't even have a meta rocker in it. Besides, the rubber on this shoe is far more...
