Boots no problem from usb. Made win10 disk from windows iso using rufus. Disable secure boot and boots just fine. If you're using an actual burned disk, it should boot without touching secure boot...

I wouldn't sell the original stick until you know for sure that the 64GB congiration works. In fact, I'd test it with Windows first (if you haven't wiped it off the drive yet). But that's just me.
