The card is encrypted. Therefore you can only download the video thru the app. The videos remain local to the Homebase unless you subscribe to their cloud service. Videos aren't uploaded anywhere...

In for 1, homebase is better than homebase 2. Cam seems to be a bit older but 365 day battery > 180 day battery.

I know the Blink XT2 has two hours of cloud recording footage with no fees. It has to be the XT or XT2 though and not the Blink Outdoor model which does not have free cloud recordings.
