My apologies!! As big a fan of Costco, I have always stuck with buying big purchases from them. But, I truly believe the All state Costco insurance is absolutely useless since it doesn’t cover...

Best Buy warranty covers burn in. But runs about 500 extra for tv this price and doesn’t cover accidents.

Love seeing the price come down a little more each time. Waiting for 77" to hit the same price my C8 65" was on clearance. The problem with being on SlickDeals all the time is that you're...

Thanks. So I think you’re saying that the A90J price, even if it comes down for BF, would be too much of a premium over the CX, C1 and A80J. Have I got that right? If so, and I’m not a gamer, maybe...

Did you check with Citi? I called and confirmed that they stopped providing extended warranty after 2019.

No burn in coverage in this all state protection plan ?
Post #147170071 added 05-10-2021 8:29 AM by vsk7 in Deal Talk
Not to mention, burn in is only for people who mostly watch a single channel with a symbol or subtitle in one place for long hours. That was never going to be an issue for me.

You can always buy insurance on it from outside. The Allstate plan I believe is included "for free" with the TV given the price is almost the same as price at other sales.

Bought this for $3200 about a month ago. Went back to Sams Club the other day and they had them for $2000. Actually found a nice manager to reimburse the $1200!! They had the 65" ones for $899!!

Anyone near a Video Only call them first. I stopped in to see if they would match this price. I got the 77" C1(newer model) for $2999 with an extended 5 yr warranty. YMMV of course.

Fair point about Costco....get yourself a Sony OLED and buy accidental coverage...skip burn-in coverage since it doesn't appear to happen on Sony oleds... ;) LG should lower the price of 65" too.
