The 110 is not made from Chinese steel. It is 420HC cut and processed through the plant plus Paul Bos Heat treated. It's very strong.

cold steel's locks are insane. if you're worried about a locking mechanism i'd definitely recommend them. they recently sold their company though, so quality might start going downhill, sadly..
