SCE already does that if you want to save money. During heat waves and demand is high they adjust your thermostat few degrees higher for a few hours.
You can simply change it back or a trick...

yes. but where I stopped was after sign up there's a prompt that you have to agree with. You hook Ohm up to your PGE account and then it says that you allow must allow Ohm to control your thermostat....
