If you have a Citi card see if you have Citi Easy Deals. It's administered by Entertainment and think basically the same as the book. Costco card does not work but my Citi Simplicity does.

Some are unaware of coupon (mostly franchise) or It's not in thier system in cashier box.
Also most coupons not on magazine style paper which raise red flags for them
