Never tried oat milk for frothing but silk makes an extra creamy oatmilk that might work for you, it's great in coffee. It's in a white package with purple writing.

Just an FYI, you can get the 96 ounce fresh almond milk for under $4 at Walmart. It works out to be cheaper. Only makes sense to buy tetra packs if you don’t have regular consumption.
