Yep, its what I use. It's made for gaming but works fine for using content over the web, but only with Firefox, Chrome and Edge seem to block it for the DRM.

Yes. I had the play bars and once I seen the gradient strip came out I had to have it. The wife got it for my birthday and it is considerably better than the play bars. I use them all together.

Totally agree. Have all that to along with two light bars for the bottom of the tv (it's a 75" & couldn't find a 75" gradient). May not visit a theater again with this setup along with ATMOS system.

Can’t be done AFAIK. Has to have a HDMI-in source. If you wanna do it on the cheap, get a cheap Fire Stick etc and connect it to your play box. No way for the box to read the native TV apps without...

I suppose this is pretty cool for a more plug and play setup. But honestly I've done the exact same thing with a raspberry pi, some regular LED strips and Hyperion on github
