Yes, oxides are terrible for absorption 100% agree. You don’t pee it out if not absorbed though. The absorption issue is in the gut so you end up pooping it out.

Not a great price. Always available at this price at Vitacost and you don’t even have to S&S. Kroger has BOGO @ 6.25 each. You can mix and match with other vitamins.

Great price, but magnesium oxide is not very bioavailable. Most of it gets popped out. Check out magnesium citrate or magnesium malate.
