Ive got 4K Ultra. I wouldn't say it drains the battery quickly but I only use the headphones 2-4 hours a week. I got rechargeable batteries for this remote.

Have they improved the remote over the one that came with the old Roku Ultra? I have one of those and there’s a bug that causes the batteries to die very very quickly when headphones are plugged in..

Incredibly frustrating device. Audio drops out on occasion and randomly. Doesn’t matter the app, the audio will drop for 1 to 2 seconds. And display settings revert back to “Auto” every power cycle....

You can control it with the Roku app but I don't think you can cast to it like a chromecast enabled device. It's got some sort of half-assed cast feature that lets you cast to it but it just opens...

Anyone else have issues with Movies Anywhere and/or Vudu not passing Dolby Digital through the TV's ARC to their receiver? It's only those two apps. Every other app doesn't seem to have a problem...

I have both Roku Ultra and the firestick. I prefer this over the firestick because of the interface and the remote is easier to use. Firestick has too many ads.
