That one is a good tent, only 5.5 lbs or so, but definitely not a 3 person, unless it's one adult and two small children.

That's probably a shipping weight. A normal 3-person tent would be maybe 5 pounds, this is listed as over 2x that. Maybe those awning poles are steel? That could be it.
