I use both the milwaukee titanium and dewalt black oxide bits, and find the dewalt drill faster through metal. But i haven’t found a complete set of the hex-shank in the dewalt, only single 1/8@ bit

Titanium are better, longer lasting especially for steel. But for some lite to moderate use the black oxide would be fine.
