Minecraft doesn't take much to run but getting a laptop with a dedicated card is gonna jump the price. Even an Nvidia 1650 card you're looking at $500 to $600 laptop on the lower end.

I have a ThinkPad Yoga that's glossy but with an anti-glare coating. It has less glare than some other glossy screens but still way more than a true matte screen like this Inspiron.

You can turn the touch screen off in Windows settings, so it's not even a con for having touch capability.
