This looks like the keyboards I saw at a warehouse today have a pallet full of keyboards like these obviously returned. Mostly missing keys. It was an absurd amount, missing one or two keys no boxes.

For keyboards like this it's all about the small form factor. The arrow keys are there, you can just use the ctrl/alt key on the other side of the keyboard and use the modifiers for everything else...

i honestly don't get the 61 key layout. with no dedicated arrow key, control key and function key, are you guying using VI or emacs exclusively or what?
