Honestly that looks to be a MUCH better deal than the OP one. for $10 more - bigger size - legs seems sturdier - includes pvc cover to prevent rusting.

I know these things, the sheet metal is as thin as they can make it while still being able to weld it together without burning a hole into it. lol Cheaply made, bends easily.
