Off the top of my head, I'd say the 10.5 would be a lot smaller. I think I have a 4 qt saute pan if you want me to measure. I think it's about 10.5 but a lot more depth capacity.

This 10.5 is not even close to having a 5 quart capacity. A 3 quart saute pan is 11-12" in diameter with straight sides, this 10.5 has flared sides and it's not tall enough to even hold 3 quarts.

We’ve had these for over an year now. Got them for $39 from Bloomingdales back then. Thought we will replace them yearly as they start to get worn down, but haven’t had to so far. They still work...
