I talked to support and they said there’s no way to downgrade the firmware, and that even if done so it wouldn’t address the chip manufacturer disabling but I’m not sure about the last part

I use these for cutting the grass and dog walking, works well. Light, comfortable, decent sound and ANC. Phone calls aren’t amazing.

just got the q30 , after 2 hours of usage, very little latency , in the q20, i would always have to disconect and connect again to fix the latency after about 30 mins of usage.

The plastic pieces on the headband broke after a month of usage for me with normal usage. YMMV but I ended up returning mine as I was a bit concerned about how long they would last.

I imagine with most noise cancelling headphones, your ears are going to get warm really quickly? Assuming the air flow would not be good since they are made to block out sound.

This would seem to be a functional problem for use on an airplane. Where you're not suppose to use Bluetooth. Are you able to downgrade the firmware?

Just FYI anyone looking to use these with ANC while connected to an AUX source - as of sometime in June or July the headphones become disabled as soon as an aux cable is inserted, so you can not use...
