Lots o' carbs (20ish net per 50 of the product). Plenty of added sugar. This is not at all keto/diet/low carb.

Won't ever buy this again. Don't care for the taste and the grainy texture. Just lowered my pancake intake instead. Would rather enjoy my food.

My wife bought this and tried it... It is horrible. We tossed it out. For comparison she liked the Kodiak and thought exactly what you did... I'm cheap but price doesn't win on this brand
