For me it works . I do have to reboot it a few times a week but that's because you can't delete recordings on the app unless you do. Not a big deal as it's hooked up to a smart plug and turned on/...

This thing is a piece of hot garbage. It'll work for about 30-35 days and then it needs to be hard rebooted, or paired and unpaired, every night to function as advertised. Amazon won't support it...

Those are authorized resellers/retail locations. They sell the entire Amazon product line and have for some time. BuyDig stocks ONLY the Recast as far as I can see and has 0 reviews on the item...
