Received the 2x8GB 3200 kit. Some info after installing it. Thaiphoon burner confirmed Samsung D-die in this 8GB stick as I had mentioned in the OP. On its own, both the XMP profiles on it...

For most people no. If you are playing some games in 1440p, you may get higher FPS but more significant between 2k and 3k or between 3k and 4k types of difference. If the latency varies so they...

So all reviews I read show such a tiny difference between RAM timings, is it really worth getting 3600 vs 3200 for so much extra?

Nobody said it is slashed from $73 to $32. The discounts are typically 15% or so. The 15% can translate to a few bucks or to much more depending on the regular price.

The website says the original price is only a few bucks more? Which one is slashed from 72.99 to 32 dollars?

LMAO at the name. Marketing team must have been on a coke bender the day they came up with that.

Typically you don't want to mix because there may be compatibility issues, and the timings may not match. Most people get two of the same. Up to you though.

Tldr; there's likely going to be a lot of price volatility and possibly even short-term shortages for electronics. Well, I'll start off by saying that I don't work the transportation industry...

the ram I had trouble with, and was on my QVL, others reported trouble with it on other Ryzen motherboards. It was not confined just to my board

Utter nonsense. Anything that will work for Ryzen will also work for Intel, so there is no reason for any manufacturer to say just for Ryzen unless it is a marketing ploy to get a few bucks more for...

still a smartass.. Ram that says Intel and Ryzen approved often is not good for both. Ram makers will often have models that say for Intel, and others that say for Ryzen. Even that is not a surefire...

Not sure what you meant by “ … get the ram that says for Ryzen specifically.” Just pointed out that this one says Ryzen specifically several times. What else do you want them to say? A problem can...
