You're right, only the 3600/C17 seems to be b-die. the 3200/c16 is likely a samsung c-die.

Eh. If were talking AMD, Raw Frequency (3600-3800) and TRFC setting outweighs tighter timings.
I can guarantee you there's a lot of "wasted" B-die sticks in tons of Ryzen systems due to default...
