$4500 for only top grain leather seems a bit crazy. Top grain usually isn't that great. I think I'd pay extra for better quality leather on a chair like this.

If it’s the same as the last Costco deals, it’s model ES67071OU2109. That’s standard leather (“top grain”). Retail is $6K. IMHO their standard leather isn’t great.
