Technically yes, but some stores such as Walmart have coded registers to disallow prepaid debit cards.

No, I don't use that to load Paypal balance and I dont think you can. It is just use it as payment method like a credit card for shopping or bill pay.

I have no problem link it to Paypal but it always ask me to verify the card., After I get these MC I usually will register with my address and phone number. Then after a few hours I will link it...

Whenever I link my prepaid MC to my Paypal account, I always have payment issues when paid by Paypal with the linked MC. I don't have such an issue with linked prepaid Visa though. I'll wait until...

So I went back to Staples pick up a few MC and check it at the price checker all show as fee waived then pay at the register and ring up @ $200 a piece . Yes apparently they misprint the weekly ad...
