You might have to reset it, which is a bit of pain. Once you do, try to add it again. Hopefully it shows up then. I installed them in all my lamps. You can't beat the convenience once you have it set...

My biggest issue has been with their HomeKit hub that connects these to HomeKit called the C-Reach, they never update it and it loses the connection to wifi almost daily. The reviews are bad bad bad.

The biggest issue is they keep dropping connection and you need to restart them again and again. I am talking at least once a day 🤦🏽

Alot of people have a bad time with C by GE products, I personally haven't in the couple years I've been using them for dimmable desk lighting. YMMV on user experience
