FYI laptop ram is different from desktop ram. CL22 is JEDEC standards. 90% of gaming/high end laptop only supports JEDEC standards.

This is normal, especially for 3200. You can only get better cl with XMP support. This is still good deal for those without XMP support and you can only tell a few fps difference with games.
